"On" ("Him") and “Žrtva stihije” (”A Victim Of Circumstance”) were some of the earlier songs I wrote and recorded during 2015 and 2016. Initially, I rushed myself into releasing the songs on a small edition single, so after that initial batch of physical copies went out of print, the songs sunk into obscurity.

Additionally, on both those first versions, bits of film were used - "On" featured a segment from "Pejzaži u magli" ("Landscapes In The Mist", directed by Jovan Jovanović) while "Žrtva stihije" used a segment from "Pad Italije" ("The Fall Of Italy", directed by Lordan Zafranović) - none of which were cleared for final use, thus had to be removed.

Throughout 2021-22, I found time to revisit both earlier versions and gave them each a bit of a necessary remix. Both songs keep their initial premise and structure - being inspired by the violent deaths of two intellectuals; Croatian writer and poet Ivan Goran Kovačić who was bestially tortured and murdered during WWII (bits of his disturbing poema "Jama" ("The Pit") were paraphrased in the song "Žrtva stihije"). The other victim of circumstance is Pier Paolo Pasolini, a dedicated antifascist and anarchic critic of the mass-consumerist society who was brutally murdered in 1975, not long after finishing "Salò - The 120 Days Of Sodom", which turned out to be a disturbing swansong of a film.

A dear friend and unique artist in her own right - Popsimonova, guests on "Žrtva stihije".

Again, with thanks to Viennese friends who helped out at the time of the initial recordings - Paul, Moya and especially Mahk, who kindly provided time at his "Black Magnet" studio, recording the vocals back in early 2016.

This newly restored, remixed and mastered version of the single is now again available digitally and in physical micro-edition of 10 copies.
